two This property is a superb location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nonetheless, it's in serious need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Previous reviews outlined the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. Therefore the house got loads of sand in it.
We had an awesome time! Amethyst Dunes was the proper little house for our little family from Oklahoma. The location within the beach was well worthwhile!

It wasn't dirty, it was well kept, and again the location was great. It could really benefit from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen area. The fridge was terrific, no challenges (I'd witnessed concerns noted in other reviews). Matthew Posted: five/10/2024

four This home is fundamental but everything worked and we experienced no troubles. Honestly for your price this house was great. It had been comfortable and clean. We would stay here once more.
The house is as advertised - nothing extravagant for the house but great location over the beach. No, the house will not be full in the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't a great deal of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or damage.
